Shipping Costs & Methods
Direct shipping rates are incurred when orders are placed through our website. We provide shipping through USPS.
Orders valued at $0-100.00 will incur a $5.00 flat rate shipping fee.
Orders valued at $100.01-$150.00 will incur a $7.00 flat rate shipping fee.
Orders valued from $150.01 and up receive $5.00 flat rate shipping fee.
*Alaska, Hawaii & Canada customers add a fee of $5 to domestic shipping rates.
*Shipping rates for wholesale orders will vary & you will be provided with a shipping quote at the time you place your order.
Our goal at Swanky Baby Vintage is to provide our customers with unique, quality clothing within a reasonable time frame. Prompt customer service is a top priority! Due to the nature of our business there are times when orders can take up to 4 weeks for orders to be processed & shipped, depending upon current stock levels. Direct orders containing all in-stock items are typically processed & shipped within 3-5 days.
*Cancellations of an order may be made within 24 hours of the order being placed as long as the order has not shipped. A 3% re-stocking fee is deducted from the total amount paid.
To check on availability of an item, you may place the item in your cart. If you receive an error message that the requested quantity exceeds stock levels, then the item is sold out. We cannot ensure permanent availability of all items. Some items sell much faster than we expect and lead times in this industry can be longer than anticipated. We always try to give you the best information on anticipated delivery times. You may login to your online account to check the status of your order at any time. Please be advised if your order contains both in-stock items along with back-ordered merchandise it is best to expect 3 weeks for your items to ship. If you would like the in-stock items shipped separately you may contact us by phone at corporate office & we will charge an additional $5.00 to ship the in-stock items immediately.
At the beginning of each new season, we take pre-orders for items. These items are typically shipped within 3-4 weeks from the date of order. The item should reflect an anticipated ship date at the time of order.
*All orders ship under our standard shipping time frames as we do not accept "rush" orders.
*When placing an item in your cart, please see the availability time for an estimated shipping time frame on the items being ordered.
*You will be notified the day your order ships with an email. If there are problems or delays with your order our customer service department will contact you. If you place an order & a particular item is out of stock or on back-order you have the right to request a refund for that particular item. Swanky Baby Vintage reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available.
We currently do NOT offer refunds. We gladly offer exchanges & store credits.
Returns/Exchanges are not available for clearance priced items. All sales are final for items purchased during an online clearance sale.
For all returns, please make sure the package is insured & prepaid. We do not accept COD returns!
We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit & must meet the following specifications:
(a) items are unwashed & unworn
(b)all tags are present on the items
(c)merchandise is returned within 30 days of purchase(no exceptions)
(a)Log-in to your online account & click on orders
(b)submit an RMA authorization, an email will then be sent with you for instructions on how to proceed.
(c)Exchanges are NOT processed without a RMA authorization. The RMA number must be present on the outside of your return package or it will be refused at the time of delivery to our warehouse.
Shipping Cost for Exchanges:
*Items exchanged for the same style, different size DO NOT incur any freight charges to return the item to you. Exchanges exceeding 30 days of purchase date are not allowed.
*If you are exchanging an item for a DIFFERENT STYLE, you will be responsible for a shipping rate of $5 to return the item to you & this will be charged to the same card you made your original purchase with.
*Sale items & clearance items are FINAL sales. You may not exchange any of these items.
*Swanky Baby will pay shipping charges to replace any item that was shipped incorrectly or damaged.
SBV is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit, so please ship it back to us via UPS or USPS mail with delivery confirmation.
Please note: if you purchased a SBV product at a retail location and need a return or exchange, please return it to the store where it was originally purchased. We do not accept exchanges from items not purchased directly on our website.
Once your order is placed online it may not be canceled. Please understand that by submitting an order, you are responsible for payment of that order & we may not reverse the order process.
